Master License Agreement
To submit songs for consideration on "Cush:Things I Say," READ ALL OF THIS:
By submitting the following form, you agree that:
- OtherWorld Distractions has the following rights:
- To download your songs from the url you designate;
- To include those songs or any part of them in the "Cush:Things I Say" podcast;
- To use those songs to promote the podcast.
- To use your name, picture, logo, or any other art you provide in the podcast or in the promotion of the podcast.
- Your compensation will be in the form of the promotional value of being included in the podcast only. No money will be paid to you.
- This agreement will last forever.
- You have the right to enter into this agreement.
- If it turns out that someone can sue you for giving us this material, you are responsible for all damages.
- If we sell our company, we can transfer this agreement over to the new owners.
- This agreement is Non-Exclusive, meaning that you retain all rights to your songs and you can issue a similar license to anyone you wish.

If you choose to submit via CD, YOU STILL NEED TO FILL OUT THE FORM or your songs will not be considered.
